NBX Wellness is a leader in personalized wellness. The Company develops and markets physician-designed nutraceutical products, supplements and genetics tests for medical and wellness practitioners for use by their patients. The Company sells through both professional (B2B) and consumer (B2C) channels. On the professional side of the business, NBX offers medical and wellness providers the opportunity to purchase its products wholesale or through a branded ecommerce storefront that allows providers to avoid the hassles of stock-and-sell. On the consumer side, the Company sells its products under its retail brand through its own website, as well as through various ecommerce marketplaces. The company was founded in 2009 and is headquartered near Austin, TX. In 2022 NBX Wellness partnered with MD Holdings, a healthcare-focused investment firm.
THE OPPORTUNITY
POSITION & SCOPE
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Senior Brand Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of NBX Wellness omni-channel marketing functions with a goal of positioning NBX Wellness as an industry leader through brand awareness, differentiated product and service offerings, and education.
The Senior Brand Manager will have the opportunity to make their mark on the future of the company. Within the context of the large and fast-growing wellness industry, the person in this role will work closely with the CPO to develop and execute the digital marketing plan
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Management of all marketing and cross-functional projects
+ Manage and optimize HubSpot and email marketing campaigns
+ Refinement of brand and digital strategies to be implemented across all channels (B2B and D2C.)
+ Ensure consistency in brand communication across all touchpoints and channels.
+ Develop PR and social engagement strategy with a goal of elevating our brand recognition with health care providers and consumers.
+ Monitor and improve SEO functions of NBX Wellness and Neurobiologix websites
+ Manage the delivery of marketing and sales collateral for both internal team members, external providers, and consumers.
+ Oversee contractor relationships, including graphic designers, content writers, and clinical educators.
+ Work with Director of Clinical Research on hosting webinars, education and training events.
+ Manage the coordination of NBX attendance at industry events

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
+ 3-5 years’ experience in the wellness industry, preferably in the supplement industry.
+ Omni-channel marketing experience with a record of success managing high-performing teams and executing on marketing initiatives.
+ Demonstrated success in product marketing, including developing go-to-market strategies in positioning new products, new market analysis and competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
+ Demonstrated interest in wellness or healthcare.
+ Ability to travel on-site to NBX headquarters several times per year and to marketing events, trade shows or other client meetings as needed.

EDUCATION REQUIRED
+ Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in marketing, business, or a related field.
+ A Master’s degree is considered an asset but not required.
