We're currently representing an ENR Top 100 contractor with a rapidly expanding presence in the mission-critical construction sector.

With a substantial pipeline of data center projects secured across the United States, they are seeking an experienced Travelling Project Manager to join their team and lead the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects.

The Role

As a Travelling Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of mission-critical projects from preconstruction through turnover, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are consistently achieved.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams to drive successful project outcomes across multiple locations throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery from planning through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and project financial performance
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and key project stakeholders
• Ensure the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Proven Project Management experience within Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial, Advanced Technology, or Large Commercial Construction
• Strong understanding of project financial management, scheduling, and contract administration
• Experience leading multidisciplinary construction teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced project environments
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States and work remotely when not needed on site
• Data Center experience strongly preferred
