Tax Terms: W2/C2C

Rates:

$56/hr on W2 (inclusive of all taxes) – Preferred

$60/hr on C2C

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 10–15 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, modern frameworks, and cloud-based architectures. This role requires deep technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full stack applications using modern technologies
• Build scalable and secure backend services using Java and Microservices architecture
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using Angular or React
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability across environments
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term fixes
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Solid frontend experience with Angular or React
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and backend integrations
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL)
• Experience with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes
• Environment: Red Hat
• Additional Exposure: Salesforce (integration-related experience preferred)
• Knowledge of Apache Camel or integration frameworks
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
