We’re looking for a Project Manager who keeps projects moving, timelines tight, and quality high.
You’ll own the briefing process, manage timelines across multiple execution teams, and QA work before it reaches clients. You’ll begin by managing website builds, landing pages, and content projects, then grow into overseeing SEO, Google Business Profiles, marketing automation, PPC, and broader campaign execution.
This is a hands-on role inside a fast-moving marketing agency that serves heating oil, propane, and HVAC companies across the US.
You’re not just moving tasks around. You’re creating clear briefs, coordinating moving parts, spotting issues before clients do, and helping the team deliver consistently strong work.

Responsibilities
- Write clear, actionable creative and campaign briefs that translate strategy into execution
- Manage timelines across website, content, SEO, automation, and digital marketing projects
- QA work before client review, including copy, links, mobile responsiveness, formatting, and brand consistency
- Coordinate execution teams across multiple projects and deadlines
- Maintain and improve workflows inside Notion
- Identify bottlenecks, risks, and resource conflicts early
- Support light copy editing and content refinement where needed
- Document handoffs, decisions, and process improvements
- Partner closely with Client Partners and leadership to align priorities, scope, and delivery timelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience within a marketing agency, in-house marketing team, or comparable production environment
- Strong experience writing briefs that lead to high-quality execution
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong copywriting and copy editing instincts
- Experience QA-ing websites or landing pages before launch
- Comfortable coordinating developers, writers, designers, and marketing specialists
- Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable working in Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, WordPress, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, and similar tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards across multiple projects
- Experience in home services, HVAC, propane, fuel, or related industries is a plus
