Affiliate Marketing Operator

About the role

We run paid affiliate campaigns across home improvement verticals — bathroom, gutters, roofing and windows — and we are scaling. We're bringing in one person to take ownership of the affiliate marketing execution end to end, to write the copy that drives it, and to lead the creative team delivering it.

This is not a role where you'll be asked to invent your own playbook. Ours already works and it's proven at scale. You'll be trained directly by our media buying lead and founders, one-on-one, over an onboarding period. Your job is to learn that system precisely, run it at a high standard day after day, and hold your team to the same standard.

What you'll do

• Run the day-to-day execution of our affiliate campaigns across the bathroom, gutters, roofing and windows verticals
• Write the copy for your creative team — hooks, scripts and ad copy briefed to editors and designers for production
• Lead the creative team delivering against those campaigns: set daily priorities, brief work, review output, and hold people to deadlines and quality standards
• Own delivery. Work gets completed on time, to brief, and our processes get followed — you're accountable for that, not just for flagging when it doesn't happen
• Work through launches, scaling decisions, and creative testing using our established frameworks
• Sit alongside our media buying lead as a second pair of hands
• Support additional offers across the wider portfolio as the role settles
• Run the operating rhythm

Who we're looking for

• 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally Meta. Affiliate or direct-response background is a strong plus
• Proven direct-response copywriting ability — you can write a hook that stops the scroll and a script an editor can actually cut from
• Experience leading or coordinating a team — comfortable assigning work, chasing it, and giving direct feedback when standards slip
• You enforce process rather than working around it. When someone skips a step, you pick it up the same day
• Working knowledge of ClickUp and Slack. You'll live in both daily, and you'll be responsible for your team using them properly too
• You follow instructions exactly. When you're shown a process, you run it as shown rather than improvising
• Precise with detail — naming conventions, reporting, deadlines
• You communicate proactively. If something is blocked or unclear, we hear about it the same day, not next week
• Coachable and genuinely want to be trained rather than left alone
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Available to work weekends when needed, especially during launches or urgent windows
• Comfortable working in a remote team with structured reporting and daily accountability

Nice to have

• Experience in home improvement, home services, or lead-gen verticals
• Background in a remote-first team operating across multiple time zones
• Familiarity with briefing video editors and designers at volume
