ABOUT THE ROLE

I have made it this far without an assistant of any kind… Probably a mistake.

This role is one of the most important (if not the most important) in my life. We will work closely together on a daily basis. You are an extension of me and will be involved with everything I do.

In this role, you will:

Manage a complex calendar and schedule to ensure every minute of my day is optimized.
Coordinate meetings, events and travel with precision.
Act as a gatekeeper, managing email and communication to ensure only the most important items reach me. And all other communication that don't reach me are handled how I would handle them (this will be learned over time)
Take ownership of moving projects and initiatives forward, ensuring they are executed flawlessly.
Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
Create and maintain organizational systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
Anticipate needs and proactively address challenges before they arise.

Since I've never hired a Senior EA, we will work closely together to build this role.

REQUIREMENTS

You have 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role.
You thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
You are a tech-savvy systems thinker with expertise in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and HubSpot.
You possess exceptional organizational and communication skills.
You are resourceful, proactive, and always two steps ahead.
You can travel as needed to provide support at events or on the go.
You are always on your game, ready to take on challenges with energy and excellence.
Due to the nature of the role, maintaining constant availability, including evenings and weekends is something that's important to me. My typical work schedule is 7am-5pm MST M-F. There are times I work a weekend or evening however requests during those times will be much more rare than during standard business hours.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually based on experience.
Performance-Based Bonuses: Bonus opportunities based on performance
Benefits Package: Health Insurance, 2 weeks of paid time off (scheduled around business needs), and a professional development budget.
Additional Perks: Flexible remote work setup with occasional in-person requirements; and travel opportunities for events and executive support.
We will add more benefits over time.
