We're Hiring: Developer BI / BW / Power BI

📍 Location: Remote (Slovakia, Czechia, Bulgaria, Poland are preferred)

💡 Project Overview:

Join a key transformation project focused on B2B process optimization and standardization within the energy sector. Your role will involve the development of Business Intelligence solutions that support automation, reporting, and decision-making across various business functions, including Sales, CRM, Billing, and Marketing.

You will contribute to the implementation of a modular product kit, support process stabilization and optimisation, and help roll out robotic automation within campaign and offer management.

🧩 What You’ll Work On:

• Support and optimize end-to-end B2B processes through business and technical analysis
• Design BI architectures and data models (DWH)
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations
• Perform both front-end and back-end development across CRM and Big Data areas
• Create functional documentation, mockups, prototypes
• Present deliverables in Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Refinement, Review)
• Use tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitLab to document and manage development work
• Collaborate across departments to capture requirements and align on business goals

🧠 Tech Stack You’ll Use:

• BI / DWH: Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSAS, SSMS), Power BI, Azure Data Lake, Snowflake
• Databases: MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, SAP BW on HANA (a plus)
• Languages: SQL, JavaScript, RESTful APIs
• Analytics: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console
• Project Tools: Jira, Confluence, GitLab

🧑‍💼 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in BI development and data modeling
• Strong skills in Power BI, ETL pipelines, and DWH architecture
• Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in corporate or enterprise projects (energy industry is a plus)
• Excellent communication, independence, and team spirit
