Overview:

We are hiring a highly experienced Marketing Manager for Nardco Heating & Air Conditioning, a leading HVAC and Plumbing provider serving Anderson, Indiana, and surrounding areas since 1961.

We are looking for a growth-focused marketer who breathes "Home Services" and has a proven track record in the US Market.

⚠ Vital Requirement: Do NOT apply if you do not have prior experience marketing for HVAC, Plumbing, or Home Services in the USA.What You Will Do:

Lead Generation: Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads & Google Local Services Ads - LSA) to drive high-quality calls and bookings.

Local SEO: Dominate the local map pack (GMB/GBP) in our service areas.

Seasonality Management: Execute strategies for shoulder seasons vs. peak seasons (Heating vs. Cooling).

CRM Marketing: Leverage our customer database for email marketing and reactivation campaigns (experience with ServiceTitan or similar is a huge plus).

Reputation Management: Drive more 5-star reviews on Google and Yelp.Requirements:Proven Experience: 3+ years in Digital Marketing specifically for the US Market (HVAC/Plumbing niche preferred).

Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Google LSA, PPC, and Local SEO factors.

English: Native-level proficiency (C1/C2) – excellent copywriting skills required.Results-Oriented: You talk in numbers (Cost Per Lead, Booked Calls, ROAS).
