Role Description
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. In this full-time remote role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies to strengthen our brand presence and drive engagement. Your daily tasks will include creating compelling content, managing social media accounts, optimizing our online presence (SMO), and launching digital marketing campaigns. You will also monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and collaborate with the team to ensure consistent growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, plan, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter).
- Manage and optimize social media accounts for maximum visibility and lead generation.
- Design eye-catching graphics and short-form videos using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
- Execute targeted paid campaigns via Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and platform-native analytics.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Minimum 3 years of Social Media manager experience required
- Strong expertise in Content Strategy, Storytelling, and Brand Positioning.
- Hands-on experience with social media scheduling/management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, Meta Business Suite).
- Familiarity with SEO basics and how social media ties into overall digital marketing strategy.
- Proficiency with graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut).
- Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Strong understanding of analytics & reporting tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, social media insights dashboards).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Experience in the real estate or financial services industry is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
