Nationwide Appraisal Network, LLC is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in collaborating with the marketing department to develop integrated marketing campaigns, supporting brand initiatives, and enhancing our market presence to achieve marketing objectives and drive business growth.

This Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Marketing Director.
Location: Remote – EST zone preferred
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM EST – 5:30 PM EST
Individual Responsibilities
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns - Collaborate on the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns tailored for lenders, banks, brokers, and appraisers.
- Social Media Content & Management - Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content across platforms to promote brand visibility and engagement. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation. Monitor social media trends, audience feedback, and analytics to optimize content strategy. Engage with followers and industry communities to foster relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
- Trade Shows & Events - Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for multiple tradeshows and conferences throughout the year. Ensure seamless event management, including venue coordination, booth setup, promotional materials, and follow-ups. Support follow-up campaigns to nurture leads generated from events.
- Creative Support- Assist with marketing collateral such as presentations, graphics and promotional materials, and ensure all materials adhere to branding standards and are tailored to target audiences. Assist in the preparation of internal communications and training materials as needed.
- Cross-Departmental Marketing Support - Manage and reconcile monthly expense reports for the marketing department and assist in budget tracking for the marketing department. Handle minor tasks, such as ordering flowers or gifts for employees and appraisers. Assist with annual philanthropic marketing efforts, award submissions, special projects as needed.

- Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
- Strong computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data, and sharing this information with other team members in project updates. Working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs and features is a must with advanced experience with Excel or Canva being very helpful
Experience Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
- 5 years Marketing or administrative support experience
- Microsoft Office experience – Advanced Excel preferred
- Canva, Constant Contact, Salesforce, Sprout, LinkedIn ad experience preferred
- Project Management Experience
