What You’ll Do:
- Design and execute cutting-edge marketing strategies to launch our tech education product, starting with a $999 pilot and scaling to $3,999 and $5,999 premium packages.
- Lead a conversion-focused campaign (not leads) to drive direct sales, optimizing for measurable results.
- Manage social media campaigns and Google tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to boost engagement and conversions.
- Track and optimize KPI metrics to ensure campaigns exceed performance goals.
- Create compelling copywriting and videos independently, leveraging expertise in AI tools to craft engaging and innovative content.
- Use AI tools to streamline workflows and amplify marketing creativity.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing social media campaigns and Google tools, with measurable results.
- Expertise in defining and achieving KPI-driven goals in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in the U.S. market, with a strong advantage for marketing tech education products.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing, including content and video creation.
- Fluency in English and Hebrew (mandatory) for seamless communication with global and local teams.
- A creative, strategic thinker with stellar writing skills and a passion for innovation.
Campaign Goals:
Your mission is to achieve 7–10 stable daily sales of our tech education product for a full month, earning $50 per sale. Success in this goal unlocks an extraordinary opportunity: become the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of NALA, leading an external marketing agency we’ll hire, with a competitive salary and equity as a shareholder in our growing company. 📈
