Naked Nutrition is a fast-growing premium supplement brand looking for a driven, strategic, and execution-focused individual to lead brand partnerships and influencer marketing efforts. The right candidate has hands-on experience building brand and media partnerships and running large-scale influencer campaigns for a company doing at least $20M in annual revenue.
What You'll Do
· Identify and secure high-impact partnerships with e-commerce brands, media outlets, events, and influencers.
· Lead and scale an ongoing influencer outreach program across social channels.
· Negotiate, structure, and manage co-branded campaigns and collaborations that drive revenue and brand visibility.
· Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to create content strategies that fuel social and ad performance.
· Oversee campaign execution and resolve operational issues as they arise.
· Continuously optimize outreach processes and systems.
· Track KPIs and report on revenue, CAC reduction, influencer ROI, and earned media value.
What You Bring
· Proven experience of 5+ years leading influencer marketing for brands doing $20M+ annually.
· Strong deal-making and negotiation skills.
· Comfortable owning both strategy and execution.
· Background in influencer strategy, campaign rollout, strong management skills and performance tracking.
· Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
· Self-starter mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
· Bonus: Experience creating and managing influencer events.
