Extensive experience in Workday HCM & Security Consultant Technical/Functional.
Hands-on experience in Workday HCM including Core HCM, Compensation and Security
Strong understanding of Workday data structures, business processes, and system configuration.
Workday HCM includes Core HCM, Compensation, and advanced Workday Security configuration.
Hands-on experience with Workday data management, calculated fields, security roles, and domain security policies.
Experience in development lifecycle activities – from requirements to post-production support.
Exposure to Workday Reporting, EIBs, BIRT, and Workday Studio.
Experience with Workday modules like Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence Management.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Lead or contribute to the implementation of Workday solutions, including enhancements and integrations.
Exposure to Workday Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Absence Management is desirable.
Provide ongoing support for Workday, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, and handling upgrades.
Excellent communication skills with strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements
Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
