Job Description

Role: Lead Dot Net Developer

Location: Canada (100% Remote)

Duration: Full-time Employment

Must have Skills: SQL Server (Capable), C# (Strong).

Good To Have Skills: VB.Net, AWS knowledge (EC2, ALB , API Gateway, Logging Interpretation) , New Relic.

Job Overview:

Lead Engineer - Proficient in C#.NET, VB.NET - SQL Server based T-SQL development experience.
Provide technical leadership to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality.
Experience on Microsoft .NET Framework and DotNetCore.
Provide support for SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages and help with troubleshooting and maintaining.
Windows Services, IIS, Thick-Client deployment.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
Create and maintain application support documentation, including troubleshooting guides, procedures, and process documentation.
On-call support - Strong Communication Skills in English both written and spoken.
Good knowledge and working experience on Agile - Customer Focused – Proactive.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.
Experience of leading a team of engineers and providing mentorship in a collaborative environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
