Job Description

Must have Skills : Salesforce UX experience

Job Overview: -

UX Lead- Salesforce UX experience - Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and usability.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models to showcase design concepts and user flows.
Strong knowledge of UX principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Ability to decompose lengthy workflows into more usable, intuitive, and simple tasks.
Work in cross functional teams with Developers and UX Leaders to ensure project quality in terms of consistency and guidelines.
Conduct user interviews, focus groups and contextual inquiry sessions to understand business requirements and to get valuable insights into the user pain points.
Create detailed use cases to cover all the possible scenarios.
Experience in designing complex, user-centered digital products.
Designed interactive wireframes using modern UI design features.
Proficient in usability principles and techniques.
Oversee usability testing, user feedback sessions, and other evaluation techniques to ensure that designs meet user expectations and business goals.
Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
