REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 3+ Years.
- Expertise in C# and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Hands-on experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 Sales and Service modules.
- Expertise in developing solutions to optimize sales processes, customer service, and case management workflows
- Strong experience as a Power Platform Developer, capable of designing, building, and supporting automation solutions across business units.
- Hands-on experience in developing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Deep understanding of Power Platform Environments, Power Platform Licensing, Dataverse, and third-party data sources (non-CDS).
- Proficiency in working with Connectors, DLP Policies, Power Platform Core Framework, reusable components, and security roles.
- Extensive experience developing Power Automate flows to support backend processes, including bulk data updates in Dataverse.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 services such as Azure AD, Groups, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
- Knowledge of AWS is a plus, enhancing adaptability to multi-cloud environments.
- Proven ability to work as an independent contributor, participating in the design, development, and implementation of application systems.
- Actively seeks and shares knowledge with others, effectively communicating and presenting information in a clear and organized manner.
- Ability to resolve challenges efficiently, working closely with project managers and executive management when needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure that your ideas, strategies, and successes resonate within the team and with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Writing and reviewing great quality code
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project.
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
- Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
- Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
- Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
