Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience: 13+ years.
• Strong working experience in T24 / Temenos development and technical delivery
• Expertise in Temenos Transact, Arrangement Architecture (AA), and Temenos Payment Hub (TPH)
• Hands-on experience in T24/TAFJ R23+, COB, Design Studio and IRIS.
• Strong working experience in GitLab, JBOSS, SQL Developer, AWA, Temenos Unit Test Framework, and Cloud Deployment.
• Expertise in Integration & Streaming Frameworks (MQ, Kafka or similar)
• Experience in T24 Upgrade/Migration, performance tuning, and data archiving
• Familiarity with Oracle SQL, Linux scripting, and deployment architectures
• Monitoring/logging experience: Tivoli, Dynatrace, Splunk.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading full-cycle development on T24 (TAFJ R23 or later) in multi-entity environments.
• Overseeing the design and implementation of custom modules and core banking features.
• Enforcing Temenos coding standards, peer review mechanisms, and quality gates (Sonar, JIRA workflows, UT).
• Managing the technical backlog, team task distribution, and delivery timelines.
• Liaising with infrastructure and deployment teams to align development with architecture and NFRs.
• Troubleshooting and resolving production issues with clarity, urgency, and documentation.
• Supporting ongoing T24 upgrade and performance optimization projects.
• Preparing detailed technical documentation and handover packs.
• Ensuring high availability, observability, and operational stability through logging/monitoring tools (Tivoli, Dynatrace, Splunk).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
