We are currently seeking a Senior Trading Platforms Engineer to join our talented team. Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.

Location: Remote

Requirements:

5+ years of professional software development experience, including full-stack development.
Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js for backend services.
Solid experience with C# and/or Java in production environments.
Proven understanding of trading systems, market data, execution flows, and financial instruments.
Good grasp of financial concepts such as order books, latency, slippage, pricing, and risk.
Experience building and scaling APIs and distributed systems in production.
Comfortable working across the stack — from infrastructure to APIs to UI.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Prior experience in fintech, trading platforms, or capital markets technology.
Startup or scale-up experience highly preferred.
Experience with Python (for analytics or automation) or Scala is considered a plus.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React) is also a plus.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain mission-critical trading systems across the stack.
Develop backend services for order management, pricing, execution, and trade reconciliation.
Collaborate with quantitative teams, product managers, and other engineers to translate financial logic into robust code.
Lead development on both new features and system enhancements with scalability and performance in mind.
Ensure reliability and low latency across the trading platform infrastructure.
Contribute to architecture decisions, technical standards, and system design discussions.
Mentor junior developers and share best practices within the engineering team.
Keep up with the latest trends in trading technologies, financial markets, and development tools.
