Sr Marketing Strategist

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to enhance the digital presence of a wellness class brand in Bali (Pilates, Dance, etc). This is a part-time, fully remote position. The ideal candidate has a full-stack digital marketing background, a strong understanding of social media marketing, and the ability to create engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage and optimize social media campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan and execute SEO, paid ads, and email marketing to drive traffic and customer retention.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine marketing efforts.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the client to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Utilize basic video editing and graphic design skills for content creation.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and wellness industry marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the wellness, fitness, or lifestyle industry.
• Strong expertise in social media strategy, SEO, paid ads, and content marketing.
• Experience with marketing tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and email marketing platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or other graphic/video editing tools.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and optimize marketing performance.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing wellness, yoga, or fitness brands.
• Knowledge of community-building strategies on social media.
• Ability to develop brand storytelling and engaging campaign ideas.
