🚀 We're Hiring: Senior LLM & Generative AI Data Scientist – Tenders, Compliance & Intelligent Agents (Saudi Market)

Are you passionate about building intelligent systems powered by LLMs and Generative AI? We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead scalable AI solutions that automate tender analysis, compliance scoring, and procurement decision-making in the Saudi public sector.

🔧 What You’ll Build

As part of our AI team, you’ll design and deploy agent-based systems using LangChain, CrewAI, and cutting-edge NLP techniques:

• PDF Agent – Extracts rules and requirements from Arabic RFPs

• Excel Agent – Analyzes pricing and implementation timelines

• SQL Agent – Converts Arabic/English questions into SQL for structured databases

• RAG Pipelines – Built with FAISS or Qdrant for retrieval from proposals, tenders & compliance docs

• Arabic NLP – Tokenization, semantic chunking, scoring, and automated reporting

• Dashboards – Streamlit or FastAPI for real-time insights

• AWS Infrastructure – S3, Lambda, EC2, ECR, and OpenSearch for deployment and scale

• DevOps & PM – Version control via Bitbucket, task management via Jira

🧠 What You Bring

• 5+ years in NLP/Data Science, with a strong record using LLMs & multi-agent architectures

• Expertise in LangChain/CrewAI, Arabic NLP, and document automation

• Proficiency in Python, Transformers, SentenceTransformers, Pandas

• Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, ECR, OpenSearch)

• Experience with Saudi tendering platforms (e.g., Etimad)

• Fluency in Arabic and English

• Familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket, and Git-based CI/CD pipelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Deployed multi-agent LLM systems (e.g., RFP analyzers)

• Experience with LLMOps, prompt tracking, output filtering

• Skilled in Docker & infrastructure automation

• Built Arabic text-to-SQL or compliance scoring engines
