Role Overview
We are looking for an expert in marketing operations, lead nurture strategies, and demand generation to take ownership of our contact management, automation, and CRM processes. This role will ensure seamless alignment between marketing and sales by improving Odoo CRM, implementing advanced nurture campaigns, and optimizing the marketing tech stack to drive growth.
Responsibilities
Contact & Data Management
• Own and optimize Odoo CRM for marketing and sales alignment.
• Ensure clean, structured, and actionable contact data to enhance segmentation and personalization.
• Implement lead scoring and pipeline tracking to improve conversion rates.
• Research and recommend new tools and integrations to enhance contact management and demand generation.
Lead Nurture & Demand Generation
• Develop and execute multi-touch nurture campaigns across email, paid media, and automation.
• Create targeted workflows for different audience segments to drive engagement and conversions.
• Optimize marketing funnel processes to improve lead velocity and sales handoff.
• Continuously track and improve campaign performance through A/B testing and analytics.
Marketing Automation & Tech Stack Growth
• Manage and improve marketing automation tools, integrating them with Odoo CRM.
• Ensure seamless data flow between marketing channels, CRM, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with external vendors for SEO, paid ads, and digital demand generation.
• Identify and implement new technology solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
• 3-6 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, and CRM management.
• Expertise in lead nurture campaigns, marketing automation, and multi-channel strategies.
• Strong understanding of Odoo CRM and experience optimizing contact management systems.
• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).
• Proven ability to grow and improve marketing tech stacks for better demand generation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance.
