We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Digital to lead and grow our performance marketing efforts across multiple channels. You’ll manage traffic acquisition, a small team, and drive measurable results through paid and organic growth. This role blends execution with leadership — perfect for someone who can dig into the numbers, run campaigns, and manage people, all at once.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and grow a small digital team (2–5 people): media buyers, SEO, affiliate managers
• Manage and scale key acquisition channels: Google Ads, Meta, affiliate, SEO, mobile traffic
• Take ownership of one focus area personally (e.g. SEO, affiliates, or mobile UA) — this is a hands-on role
• Run and evaluate creative tests: messaging, funnels, visuals
• Own budget planning and performance: ROI, CPA, LTV, retention
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting across web and mobile (GTM, GA4, Appsflyer/Adjust)
• Build internal workflows for campaign planning, execution, and analytics
• Analyze performance using raw data and spreadsheets — translate numbers into actionable insights
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on execution across multiple channels
• Proven success working with at least 3 of the following: Google Ads, Meta, SEO, affiliate marketing, mobile user acquisition
• Strong understanding of performance analytics, tracking, and attribution
• Confident working with Excel/Google Sheets, raw performance data, pivot tables, basic formulas
• Experience managing small high-performing teams
• Solid understanding of GTM, GA4, mobile analytics tools (e.g. Appsflyer, Adjust)
• Fluent English — excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
Nice to Have
• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or other high-LTV verticals
• Familiarity with ASO and mobile organic growth
• Experience launching campaigns across international markets
