Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
• Manage lead generation campaigns for webinars, VSL funnels, consultation call funnels, and eCommerce offers.
• Monitor and improve key metrics like CPL, ROAS, CTR, CAC, lead quality, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, hooks, ad copies, landing pages, and audience targeting.
• Work closely with creative, funnel, and sales teams to improve overall campaign performance.
• Build and optimize interest, lookalike, retargeting, and custom audiences.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
• Optimize funnels from Ad → Landing Page → Lead → Call → Sale.
• Identify scaling opportunities and allocate budgets for maximum ROI.
• Research competitors, market trends, customer psychology, and winning ad angles.
• Ensure proper tracking setup using Pixels, Events, UTMs, and Conversion APIs.
• Maintain daily and weekly performance reports with actionable insights.

Compensation & Growth:

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
• Performance-Based Incentives based on campaign performance & scaling results

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
• Good understanding of Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and campaign optimization.
• Experience working with Coaches, Info Product Brands, Wellness Brands, or eCommerce brands is preferred.
• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, webinars, VSL funnels, and high-converting ad creatives.
• Familiarity with tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Looker Studio.
• Analytical mindset with ability to optimize campaigns based on data and performance insights.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
