Position Overview
We’re seeking an Account Coordinator to join the Myosin team.
This is a pivotal support role for our strategists and account leads: you’ll keep projects on track, timelines intact, and teams aligned. While you won’t be the primary client liaison or decision-maker, confidence and experience in client-facing interactions are essential. Instead, you’ll serve as the backbone of execution, ensuring deliverables flow seamlessly between internal teams and client stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has marketing agency experience and thrives on organization, communication, and coordination. You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts across creative, paid media, content, and analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities
What We’d Love to See
2–4 years’ experience in a marketing or creative agency environment.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with proven ability to manage timelines across multiple workstreams.
Familiarity with marketing disciplines (brand, paid media, SEO, social, content, PR). You don’t need to be an expert, but you know enough to coordinate effectively.
Proficiency with project management platforms (Asana or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—clear, concise, and proactive.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Detail-oriented with a knack for spotting what’s missing and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
