Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) PHP

Your mission

• Development and maintenance of PHP-based web applications
• Optimisation and further development of existing applications
• Connection of databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Implementation and utilisation of APIs and web services and other interfaces
• Ensuring code quality through tests and code reviews
• Collaboration with UI/UX designers and other developers
• Error analysis and performance optimisation

Your profile

• Completed studies in computer science or comparable training
• Several years of experience in PHP development (e.g. with Laravel, Symfony)
• Sound knowledge of Linux server administration and scripting (e.g. Bash, Python)
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks (e.g. Vue.js, React)
• Experience with relational databases and NoSQL technologies
• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD processes
• Independent, solution-orientated way of working
• Very good knowledge of Portuguese and English
