Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a new team member (f/m/d) to join our Marketing & Sales team at MyMicrobiome.

We are offering the global only certification mark for microbiome-friendly cosmetics and textiles. Due to our strong growth, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager, preferably based in Bavaria, Germany, to support our global expansion. In this dynamic and diverse field of work, we collaborate closely in a motivated team and are in constant exchange with stakeholders inside and outside MyMicrobiome.

Your mission

• Develop and execute marketing automation strategies aligned with business goals
• Management of marketing automation tools, website interface and CRM
• Create, launch, and refine email campaigns, workflows, and lead nurturing programs along the customer journey
• Jointly plan and create content with team members
• Segment audiences, personalize content, and implement multi-step workflows
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous optimization.
• Manage lead scoring, lead routing, and support sales alignment.
• Marketing and Sales support before and after events
• Drive and support customer acquisition and growth

Your profile

• Academic degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing
• Already have multiple years of experience with Marketing Automation
• Knowledge in lead generation, nurturing, qualification, conversion
• Excellent English and German skills
• Strong analytical thinking, KPI driven
• Technical understanding for website and CRM management
• Team player with enthusiasm for customer interaction
• Independent and structured way of working
• You are passionate about our core topic, the Microbiome – scientific background welcome
