ResponsibilitiesRole Overview
As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Stakeholders, and other designers to drive the design process from research through to final delivery. This is a full-time role with significant ownership and impact on our core products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of complex features and end-to-end user journeys for web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and translate insights into compelling design strategies
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and smooth design handoff
- Plan and run usability testing, A/B tests, and iterate designs based on user feedback and data
- Contribute to and help maintain the company’s design system and component library.
- Present design concepts and decisions confidently to cross-functional teams and leadership
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- 3–4 years of professional experience as a Product Designer in a product-driven environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects with clear impact (include case studies highlighting problem, process, and results)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (must-have) and other design tools
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility (WCAG) standards
- Proven experience working in agile/Scrum teams and collaborating directly with developers
- Excellent visual design skills with strong command of typography, color, layout, and micro-interactions
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
