We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the product development and execution for an exciting fintech platform focused on cross-border remittances, collections, and stablecoin transfers. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and key stakeholders to shape the roadmap and deliver reliable, secure, and user-friendly financial services to underserved markets.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong fintech background, exceptional communication skills, and a hands-on approach to building and iterating on products in fast-paced, regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for core features: remittances, collections, and stablecoin transfers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, legal, operations) to translate business goals into product specs.
Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap aligned with customer needs and company objectives.
Gather and analyze feedback from users, market trends, and internal teams to continuously improve the product.
Ensure product delivery is timely and meets quality standards, compliance requirements, and user expectations.
Communicate product strategy and updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work within Agile or Scrum frameworks to deliver iterative value quickly and adapt to change.

Ideal Candidate

2–3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a fintech environment.
Strong knowledge of the financial technology landscape, including payment systems, blockchain, stablecoins, and cross-border transactions.
Experience in working with compliance, legal, and regulatory teams.
Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills in ambiguous or evolving environments.
Ability to lead with data—using metrics, research, and analytics to inform decisions.
Deep empathy for international and underserved users; ability to conduct effective user research across geographies.
Effective communicator with stakeholders of all levels and backgrounds.
Based in or deeply familiar with Nigeria and the local fintech/user context.
