Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager - Digital Marketing to lead and drive end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive 360° digital marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth across multiple digital channels.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with extensive experience in performance marketing, brand marketing, content strategy, SEO/SEM, social media, marketing automation, analytics, and team leadership. The Manager will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Creative, and Leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 360° digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Establish annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps, budgets, and KPIs.
- Identify growth opportunities through market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and adopt emerging marketing technologies.
Performance Marketing
- Lead paid acquisition efforts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic advertising, and other relevant platforms.
- Optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
- Manage media planning, budget allocation, and channel optimization.
Brand & Content Marketing
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and digital brand consistency.
- Develop content strategies across blogs, videos, webinars, case studies, email campaigns, and social media.
- Ensure compelling storytelling that strengthens customer engagement and brand equity.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Drive organic traffic growth through SEO best practices.
- Oversee technical SEO, on-page optimization, content SEO, and backlink strategies.
- Monitor search trends and implement strategies to improve search visibility.
Social Media & Community Building
- Develop and execute social media strategies across key platforms.
- Manage brand reputation and audience engagement.
- Build online communities and advocacy programs to strengthen customer relationships.
Marketing Automation & CRM
- Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows.
- Manage lead nurturing programs and customer lifecycle campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Establish dashboards and reporting frameworks to track marketing performance.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and customer behavior to inform decision-making.
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing digital marketing team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success managing multi-channel digital marketing programs.
- Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience managing substantial digital marketing budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
