About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to support a dynamic UAE-based client. This is a part-time, remote opportunity with the potential to grow. The ideal candidate is a digital marketing expert with proven experience across multiple platforms and marketing disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

· Social Media Management

o Strategize, create, and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

o Analyze performance metrics and optimize for engagement and growth

o Community management and audience interaction

· Podcast Management

o Oversee post-production editing and quality control

o Manage podcast distribution across platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.)

o Coordinate with guests and manage content calendars

· Funnel Creation & Management

o Design and implement high-converting sales and lead-generation funnels

o Monitor performance and refine user journeys

· Skool Platform Setup & Management

o Set up and manage community or course content

o Handle user support and maintain engagement within the platform

· Direct Marketing

o Develop and execute email and message-based marketing campaigns

o Track open/click-through rates and adjust strategies accordingly

· Website Management

o Update and manage WordPress websites

o Optimize for SEO, performance, and mobile usability

Requirements

· 3+ years of experience in digital and social media marketing

· Expert-level proficiency with:

o Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn

o Podcast tools (e.g., Descript, Riverside, or similar)

o Funnel tools (ClickFunnels, Kajabi, or similar)

o Skool platform

o Email marketing (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar)

o WordPress (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)

· Strong design sense and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred

· Experience working with clients in the UAE or international remote teams

· Background in coaching, personal development, or online education spaces

Work From Home Requirements:

• Minimum 10 Mbps internet connection.
• Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
• Laptop or desktop with updated operating systems (at least Core i5 or higher).
• Backup laptop or desktop (at least Core i5 or higher).
• Headset with microphone for clear communication.
• Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
• Noise-free work environment during working hours.
• Must not be currently employed full-time elsewhere.
