Job Title: MOTION GRAPHIC DESIGNER(Performance Ad Creative Designer)
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Performance Ad Creative Designer who lives at the intersection of design, psychology, and paid media performance. This is not a branding role. This is not a “make it look nice” role.
This is a conversion-first, testing-driven, execution-heavy performance role. You will be responsible for designing high-performing static and video ads across a multi-client portfolio (primarily fitness & wellness brands), working closely with media buyers and copywriters to continuously test, optimize, and scale winning creatives. You must think like a marketer, design like a senior creative, and analyze like a performance strategist.
Role Overview

Performance-first creative execution
Paid ads for Meta and Google environments
Structured A/B testing frameworks
High-volume creative production
Conversion psychology and optimization cycles
You will not just create ads.
You will build hypotheses, test angles, analyze outcomes, and iterate strategically.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Ad Creation (Execution-Heavy)
Design high-converting static and video ads Develop scroll-stopping concepts optimized for paid environments
Build creative assets tailored for Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google Display, and YouTube Produce high-volume creatives across 10–15 client accounts
2. Conversion-Driven Creative Strategy
Apply structured A/B testing methodologies
Develop and test: Hooks Messaging hierarchy CTA clarity Visual angles Offer positioning
Optimize creatives based on: CTR ROAS CPA Engagement metrics
3. Performance Analysis & Optimization Clearly explain:
Why a creative performed well or underperformed
What variables were tested
What hypothesis was validated or invalidated
Work in optimization cycles, not one-off design projects
Collaborate with media buyers to align creative direction with performance data
4. Concept Leadership
Lead creative direction for performance campaigns
Challenge conventional branding when performance requires it
Balance brand guidelines with conversion-focused execution
Introduce unconventional angles when data supports it
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with: Copywriters Media buyers Marketing managers
Contribute to campaign ideation sessions
Align creative direction with paid strategy goals
Must-Have Qualifications
Experience 5–10+ years of experience in performance-focused ad design
Proven experience working in paid media environments
Strong background in:
E-commerce
DTC brands
Meta Ads teams
Google Ads teams
Demonstrated experience managing high-volume ad production Performance Knowledge
Deep understanding of: CTR ROAS CPA A/B testing frameworks
Ability to articulate:
Testing methodology
Creative hypotheses
Optimization strategy
Experience running structured creative testing cycles
Portfolio Requirements (Mandatory)
Strong ad-focused portfolio
Real paid campaign examples
Clear paid ad creatives (not organic social posts)
Before/after test results (if available)
Case studies explaining performance outcomes
Generic branding portfolios will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fitness & wellness niche
Experience working with multiple client accounts simultaneously
Background in performance marketing teams
Experience scaling ads from testing phase to high-budget campaigns
Familiarity with sales psychology frameworks
