Graphic Designer & Brand Lead (Part-Time, Freelance)

Remote | UK hours required

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer & Brand Lead to take ownership of visual identity and creative execution across a growing, service-based business in the parenting, coaching, and therapy space.

This role combines hands-on creative work with brand oversight and coordination, ensuring all visual output is on-brand, high-quality, and delivered on time.

This is a part-time, freelance role with regular overlap with UK working hours.

About the Business

We support parents navigating separation and divorce, helping them raise emotionally secure and resilient children. The business delivers digital programmes, memberships, live launches, and professional resources.

Brand consistency, clarity, and quality are critical to maintaining trust and credibility across all touchpoints.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for owning and protecting the brand, while also producing and overseeing creative assets across design, video, and web.

This role requires both:

  • Strong hands-on design and editing skills
  • The ability to direct and coordinate others to ensure deadlines and brand standards are met

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Ownership & Direction

  • Take ownership of the visual brand across all platforms and assets
  • Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently
  • Review creative work produced by team members or external agencies
  • Provide clear creative direction and feedback to ensure work is on-brand
  • Ensure all creative output meets quality standards and deadlines

Graphic Design

  • Design branded assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Create high-quality PDFs, guides, workbooks, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Design assets for social media, email, launches, and programmes
  • Adapt designs across formats while maintaining brand consistency

Video Editing

  • Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Prepare videos for courses, social media, marketing, and launches
  • Ensure visual and stylistic consistency across all video content

Website Design & Maintenance

  • Support website design, updates, and ongoing maintenance across various platforms
  • Implement visual updates and content changes
  • Ensure websites remain visually consistent, functional, and up to date

Project Coordination

  • Manage creative timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal team members and external agencies
  • Ensure projects are turned around efficiently and on schedule
  • Flag risks or delays early and propose solutions

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing
  • Proven experience designing professional PDFs and digital resources
  • Experience with website design and ongoing maintenance
  • Experience managing or directing creative contributors or agencies
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work part-time with UK hours overlap

Experience in education, coaching, therapy, or service-based businesses is an advantage.
