You'll lead social media efforts for a variety of clients while mentoring a team in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

The Role

As a Senior Social Media Manager, you'll oversee the development and execution of high-impact social media strategies. You’ll ensure our clients’ social presence is engaging, data-driven, and aligned with their business goals.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Leading the development and execution of social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
• Managing and mentoring a team of social media professionals.
• Overseeing content planning, creation, and scheduling across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
• Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Staying ahead of social media trends and implementing best practices for clients.
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to align social media with broader marketing objectives.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 4 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns.
• You have strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
• You possess excellent writing, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• You’re proficient in social media analytics, reporting, and paid advertising strategies.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple clients effectively.
