About the Role:

With a growing customer base and a mission to deliver transformative results, we’re looking for a data-driven, highly creative Email & SMS Marketing Manager to join our fast-moving team.

Your Mission

Drive revenue from our email and SMS channels and become the voice of our customers. You’ll not only craft high-performing campaigns—you’ll listen, gather feedback, and use insights to influence product launches, content, and marketing strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Own the email and SMS strategy, planning, execution, and optimization for our Hair Thinning line & skin care line (shampoo, supplement, and Anti aging SPF, and skin supplement)
• Segment and personalize campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions
• A/B test subject lines, copy, offers, creative, and send times
• Track performance (open rates, CTR, CVR, revenue) and adjust based on data
• Develop flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)
• Run surveys and build feedback loops to learn what our audience wants—new products, content, or formats
• Collaborate with product, creative, and customer experience teams to align messaging and timing

You Might Be a Fit If You...

• Have 3+ years experience in email/SMS marketing (ecomm/beauty a plus)
• Know Klaviyo or similar platforms inside and out
• Are a clear writer with an eye for design and brand voice
• Understand consumer psychology and what drives clicks and purchases
• Are obsessed with metrics and test everything
• Ideally you are familiar with rebuy
• Care about skincare, self-care, and helping people feel their best
