Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing content creation and posting schedules, optimizing social media platforms, and engaging with the online community. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Mode : 100% remote
schedule: monday to saturday 5pm to 2am ( evening shift)
compensation: upto 50,000 BDT per month

Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
* Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Conduct thorough audience research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and optimize strategies.
- Create and maintain a social media calendar, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.
Content Creation & Management:
* Develop engaging and relevant content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create and curate visually appealing content, including images, videos, and graphics.
- Write compelling and persuasive copy that resonates with target audiences.
Community Management:
* Manage and grow online communities across multiple platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to foster positive engagement and build strong relationships with followers.
- Develop and implement proven strategies to manage multiple communities.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
* Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Generate regular reports on social media performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to optimize content and strategies.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Identify and implement innovative social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of platform algorithms and changes.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in social media management.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful social media strategies that drive measurable results.
- Demonstrated ability to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics
