What you'll do:

• Design core systems and features (enemies, bosses, weapons, levels, characters, environments, gameplay mechanics) for a mid-core mobile shooter
• Monitor the shooter market and analyze references
• Write clear and structured documentation
• Set tasks and communicate with the team
• Review and accept completed work
• Balance game features and mechanics

About you:

• Proven experience designing and deconstructing gameplay systems (characters and abilities, game events, etc.)
• Strong passion for creating mid-core mobile F2P shooters
• Ability to write clear and detailed game design documentation
• Experience running brainstorms and meetings, plus writing concise recaps
• Confidence in presenting and pitching ideas to management and the team
• Solid skills in balancing game mechanics
• Team player with the ability to resolve conflicts, delegate tasks, and follow through on responsibilities
• Deep understanding of today’s mobile F2P market and success criteria for mobile titles
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate competitors and market trends
