Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Specialist – SEO, Paid Ads & Campaign Support. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies, managing paid advertising campaigns, and providing support for various marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include monitoring and analyzing web analytics, optimizing online marketing efforts, and supporting social media marketing initiatives. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support the ongoing and expanded delivery of SEO, Paid Ads, and web content initiatives across our brands and clients.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our marketing and design teams, as well as external contractors and stakeholders, to execute, optimise, and scale our organic and paid marketing efforts. This is a hands-on implementation role with strong scope for strategic contribution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website & Content Management
- Update website content, ensure technical site health, and manage form integrations.
- Give design advice on landing pages, forms, and artwork to ensure usability and conversion effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager and design team for timely deployment of content and assets.
2. SEO Management
- Execute and manage link-building strategies via guest posts, business listings, and external backlinks.
- Optimise on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, headers, and internal linking.
- Produce SEO-friendly copy, including blog posts and key landing pages for all brands.
- Conduct ongoing SEO audits and performance tracking, delivering monthly reports on traffic, keyword rankings, and domain authority improvements.
3. Paid Ads Campaigns
- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns with a focus on increasing lead quality and reducing cost-per-click (CTR).
- Launch new ad campaigns to support Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor ad performance in real time, adjusting budgets, creatives, and targeting strategies for optimal ROI.
- Provide regular reporting on ad spend, CTR, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
4. Marketing Support
- Create and maintain all forms and supporting materials (visuals, landing pages, etc.) for campaigns.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure that campaigns receive the promotional focus and technical support needed to drive participation.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and paid ads.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, link building, and content strategy.
- Hands-on experience creating and editing web content, landing pages, and digital forms (WordPress or similar CMS).
- Ability to work independently while aligning with overall marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and performance analysis.
