About The Role

We are looking for a talented and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for digital marketing, a deep understanding of branding, and the ability to drive growth through innovative campaigns. You will work closely with the leadership team to enhance the company’s online presence and promote our services to potential clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s services.
• Manage marketing efforts across digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create consistent and effective messaging across all platforms.
• Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including online ads, website content, and blog posts.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to adjust strategies for optimal results.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence and community engagement.
• Create and manage content for email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Conduct market research to understand current trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Report on marketing performance to the leadership team, providing actionable insights for improvements.
• Lead technical tasks and projects, ensuring quality delivery within timelines.
• Use project management tools like Notion, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com to track progress and collaborate with other teams.
• Document processes, customizations, and guidelines within Notion for easy team reference.
• Update Website, Manage SEO's, Using Project Management tools like G-Suite, Spyfu, Squarespace, Wordpress, Google Analytics, ScreamingFrog, Excellent Spelling & Grammar

Competencies And Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies for optimization.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media, and email marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
• Experience with paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads and social media ads.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have

• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance.
• Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines (experience with Asana, Trello, or Monday.com).
• Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Experience in budget management for marketing campaigns.
