About The Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across digital campaigns, content publishing, events, and marketing operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to coordinate projects, manage marketing assets, and ensure campaigns and communications are delivered on time and with consistency.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while supporting both hands-on marketing execution and coordination of creative resources.
Responsibilities
Marketing Program Execution & Coordination
- Support day-to-day execution of the company’s marketing programs, balancing hands-on work with coordination of creative resources.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute projects including content, email campaigns, social media, website updates, and branding initiatives.
Content & Campaign Management
- Manage the publication process for marketing content, including blogs, newsletters, landing pages, email campaigns, nurture programs, and other marketing collateral.
- Maintain and manage the marketing publication calendar to ensure timely delivery of content and campaigns.
- Support the award application process, including preparation and submission of internal and external nominations.
Email Marketing & Marketing Operations
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, ensuring campaign schedules and publication timelines are met.
- Maintain the accuracy and organization of marketing data, including updating contact records and managing lists within HubSpot.
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media content across company channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Manage scheduling, publishing, and monitoring of social media activity to support marketing campaigns and brand visibility.
Events & Webinars
- Support planning and execution of marketing events, including promotion, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
Marketing Assets & Tools
- Maintain marketing collateral and manage updates and distribution as needed.
- Leverage marketing tools and AI solutions to improve workflow efficiency and creative execution.

Competencies And Qualifications

2–5 years in a marketing-related role

Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

Project management experience with excellent attention to detail

Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Excellent writing skills, including proofing, editing, and publishing material to print and digital formats
