MultiplyMii is hiring a dedicated Marketing Coordinator for our US based client, dynamic organization focused on empowering businesses to achieve their most ambitious goals through coaching, strategic planning, and implementation.

As the Marketing Coordinator, your primary objective will be to carry out our marketing strategy set by the Chief Marketing Officer. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will create regularly scheduled marketing communications such as social media posts and email newsletters, plus coordinate a team of creative outsourced talent as they complete more advanced creative projects. We are looking for someone passionate about marketing communications and ensuring all projects are carried out on time and to high standards.

This role is a 100% work from home.

In This Role, You Will

Marketing Project Management: Set up tasks and projects in a project management application with milestones, dependencies and deadlines.
Marketing Operations: Track and report on marketing analytics including lead source, MQLs, SQLs, and Deal pipeline.
Creative Team Management: Assign tasks and manage performance of an outsourced creative team including designer, web developer, copywriter, photographer and videographer to complete projects based on creative direction from the CMO.
Email Newsletter: Gather ideas and content from the leadership team to create a monthly newsletter using a pre-designed template in Hubspot.
Social Media Management: Gather ideas and content from the leadership team to create approximately 8 social media posts per month, plus engage our audience on social media.

About You

Core qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in marketing management
2+ years experience with Hubspot, with ability to create workflows and automations, build reports and dashboards, create email newsletters, track lead and deal lifecycles
2+ years Project Management experience using an application such as Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.
2+ years experience creating basic marketing communications for social media using templates in Canva
Bachelors Degree
High English language proficiency, written and verbal
Strong eye for design and attention to detail
You excel at transforming big ideas into tangible results.
A natural organizer and master multitasker, you thrive on setting plans into motion and keeping all components on track.
You enjoy collaborating with creative teams to bring communications to life.
You have a sharp eye for design and attention to detail, ensuring all communications are polished and professional.
With experience in project management, creative team leadership, and marketing platforms like HubSpot, you consistently deliver high-quality results on time.
You take pride in nurturing leads and guiding them along the path to becoming deals.
