THE ROLE
We’re looking for a world-class Senior Designer to join our growing creative team—someone who lives and breathes social, has a sharp design eye, and knows what performs on every platform.
You’ll be creating high-impact organic and paid social content for some of the most exciting brands on the planet. From viral meme ads to slick statics and high-converting motion pieces, your work will help drive performance and brand love across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Google, and beyond.
Designing scroll-stopping creative for both organic feeds and performance ad campaigns
Leading concept development across static, motion, meme-style, and experimental formats
Collaborating with creative strategists, copywriters, and media buyers to bring campaigns to life
Owning visual consistency, from social ads to landing pages and campaign toolkits
Bringing ideas to life through storyboards, mockups, and visual explorations
Staying ahead of trends and infusing fresh, culturally relevant ideas into every brief
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in a social-first design role at a top agency or brand
Proven expertise across paid and organic social, with a portfolio to match
Deep understanding of what performs on Meta, TikTok, Snap, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion tools (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Comfortable working within brand guidelines—while knowing when to push them
Excellent communicator, collaborator, and self-starter
Strategic mindset with a love for creative testing, iteration, and performance-driven design
Bonus points if you’re obsessed with memes, pop culture, and emerging creative formats
