Remote (European time zones) · Full-time · Start: Q3 2026 · Quarterly in-person team events
Own and run the marketing digital workforce: build, deploy, monitor, and improve AI agents and automated workflows across marketing and business development
Own the content calendar and the full publishing operation: YouTube uploads (titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, thumbnail briefings), LinkedIn scheduling, newsletter dispatch via our CRM. Zero missed publish dates
Build automations that remove manual steps from our workflows (agentic platforms, CRM automations, API integrations), so the human time required in marketing goes down, not up
Coordinate video production timelines with our editor and manage asset quality against the brief
Brief and steer an external paid-ads specialist: audience and ICP input, tracking setup (pixel, UTM), performance review against lead quality, not vanity metrics
Build and maintain an automated weekly performance report (YouTube, LinkedIn, newsletter, CRM) that management can read in 5 minutes
Produce and format supporting marketing assets: presentations, papers, website updates
Requirements
Who You Are
An executor, not a talker. Your value is that things ship, reliably, without anyone chasing you
Systematic by nature: you build checklists, SOPs, and processes because chaos offends you
AI-native: you work with AI agents as colleagues, not as occasional tools. You brief them, challenge their output, and push back when they are wrong
Self-correcting: when something breaks, you fix it fast and adjust the process so it does not break again
You care about outcomes (qualified leads, published assets, hours saved), not titles
Must-Have
AI-native, proven: daily, hands-on proficiency with at least one major agentic platform (n8n, Make, Claude Code / Cowork, OpenClaw, Hermes, or any comparable orchestration and automation platform). You have built and run agents and automated workflows, not just written prompts. This is the single most important requirement
2+ years in a B2B marketing environment (agency or in-house), in a small team where you owned outcomes end-to-end
Content operations experience: you have run a content calendar and multi-channel publishing workflow (video, social, email) for a real brand
Marketing automation: you build workflows yourself, without engineering support
Paid ads literacy: enough to brief a specialist, review campaign performance, and catch obvious errors in targeting and tracking. You do not need to be the specialist
Business-level English required. German at any level is a meaningful advantage for this role
Self-directed: you do not need daily management
Nice to Have (Not Required)
German: a strong plus for reviewing and quality-checking DACH content
GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM experience
Short-form video production (Reels, Shorts), thumbnail creation, basic editing
Experience using LLM APIs (Claude, GPT) for marketing automation
B2B content marketing experience for mid-market DACH companies
This Role Is Not For You If...
Your primary identity is "I'm a creative" or "I'm a strategist". Strategy and creative direction are owned by the founder
You use AI "sometimes" and cannot describe specific workflows you have built
You need a detailed brief and daily check-ins for every task
You cannot name concrete results from your previous marketing work
You have only worked in large marketing departments with clear lane separation
You accept AI output without questioning whether it is right
What Success Looks Like
After 3 months:
You own the content calendar completely: zero missed publish dates
Management spends zero time on content logistics: they create, the machine handles the rest
At least two automations are live that removed manual steps from the current workflow
At least one paid campaign is running with clean tracking and a clear performance report
The automated weekly marketing report exists and takes 5 minutes to read
After 6 months:
A consistent flow of warm, qualified leads comes from content and paid channels, without management having to run marketing operations
The marketing digital workforce is operational, documented, and measurably reducing manual work every month
