As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll collaborate with senior developers to enhance functionality, drive innovation, and help nonprofits streamline their fundraising efforts.

Desirable Skills (No Juniors please)

• Experienced Developer in Salesforce platform with proven experience (Prefer 4-5+ years in core salesforce development)
• Fluent in Apex Code such as triggers, classes, test methods; Lightning Web Components (LWC), API integrations, Visualforce, salesforce query and other relevant technologies on the Salesforce platform.
• Hands-on experience in integrating 3rd party systems such as REST and/or SOAP
• Bonus skills include Java Script, JSP, CSS, HTML and front-end technologies.
• While not mandatory, experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly known as Community Cloud) would be beneficial and viewed favorably.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and meet project deadlines.
• Strong understanding of custom development best practices, governor limits, and security considerations within the Salesforce platform.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Platform Developer II and a Bachelors in IT or related field.

The Role

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be instrumental in enhancing our Payments App with new features while also crafting bespoke solutions tailored for Australia's leading industries. You will be working 4:30 AM - 1:30 PM India Time.

1. Collaborate with Product Owner/Project Manager to understand and gather requirements for the customization/on-going developmentand and then delivering it to leveraging your knowledge of Apex and Salesforce Development experience overall.

2. Embrace the role of senior developer, engaging with diverse client demands on a daily basis. Anticipate a dynamic work environment where each day presents new and exciting challenges.

3. Your engagement will primarily revolve around 100% development related tasks, focusing on Apex coding, with limited involvement in Salesforce Admin responsibilities. Our team features dedicated consultants handling these aspects.

4. Assure the quality of your solutions by subjecting them to thorough Unit Testing prior to delivery.
