About the Role:
In this exciting role, you will engage as a Marketing Automation + AI Workflow Engineer, contributing to our client's strategic goals. You will be responsible for:
- Design and maintain automated campaigns across HubSpot, Salesforce, and others
- Integrate LLM outputs into marketing systems (e.g., GPT-triggered emails)
- Set up no-code/low-code tools like Zapier, Make, and Webhooks
- Monitor, test, and optimize flows for performance and stability
- Document processes for marketing and ops teams
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years in marketing ops or workflow automation
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Make/Integromat, Zapier
- Experience with API calls and ChatGPT API
- Bonus: familiarity with Airtable, Slack integrations, or Segment
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and be a self-starter.
- Be conversant with generative AI tools for written content creation and editing.
- This is a contract position with a pay range of US$7,000 - US$10,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Vacation and sick days are not compensated.
