Contract AI Marketing Manager (All-in-One Role)

We are seeking a highly capable, resourceful AI Marketing Manager to lead and execute the full spectrum of marketing initiatives for our client. This contract role is ideal for a one-person marketing powerhouse—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, quickly adopts new AI tools, and can move from strategy to execution independently.

You’ll be the lead marketer for a small but ambitious company, working closely with senior leadership to design and deploy content, campaigns, video, visuals, and AI-powered workflows.

About the Role:

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:

• Strategy & Execution: Define and own the marketing roadmap with leadership input; develop AI-assisted marketing campaigns from concept to deployment
• Content Creation: Generate copy, video scripts, social posts, and email flows using AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and Copy.ai
• Video + Visuals: Produce short-form videos using tools like Veo 3, Runway, and visuals using MidJourney, Canva, or DALL·E
• Marketing Automation: Build and manage light-touch workflows across platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, GPT API)
• Web & Social: Maintain and update website pages and social channels; generate AI-supported assets for performance marketing
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, synthesize results, and iterate campaigns using AI-based analytics dashboards
• AI Leadership: Constantly evaluate new AI tools for integration, bring best practices, and evangelize usage within the company

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or startup environment
• Proven ability to operate as a one-person marketing team (or small-team lead)
• ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper (content)
• Veo 3, Runway (video)
• MidJourney, Canva AI, DALL·E (visuals)
• Zapier, HubSpot, GPT APIs (automation)
• Ability to translate business goals into creative marketing outputs with minimal oversight
• Strong portfolio or samples of AI-assisted work (videos, campaigns, websites, etc.)
• This is a contract position with a pay range of US$7,000 - US$10,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Vacation and sick days are not compensated.
