About the Role:

In this exciting role, you will engage as a AI Growth Hacker / Performance Marketing Analyst, contributing to our client's strategic goals. You will be responsible for:

Launch and optimize paid media across Meta, Google, and programmatic platforms
Use AI tools (AdCreative.ai, Mutiny) to auto-generate and test creative
Conduct funnel analysis, landing page optimization, and targeting experiments
Generate campaign insights using dashboards and AI-assisted analytics
Report on KPIs, CAC, ROAS, and LTV

Qualifications:

4+ years in paid marketing or growth
Proven track record of campaign success with Meta/Google Ads
Familiarity with AI tools like AdCreative.ai, Madgicx, Mutiny
Ability to work independently in a data-rich, agile environment
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Ability to multitask and be a self-starter.
Be conversant with generative AI tools for written content creation and editing.
This is a contract position with a pay range of US$7,000 - US$10,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Vacation and sick days are not compensated.
