MARKETING DIRECTOR

We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of marketing initiatives for U.S.-based brands. This executive role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven leader with a proven track record in B2B marketing, SaaS, demand generation, digital marketing, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and business launches.
• Drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and marketing automation.
• Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Monitor KPIs including ROI, CAC, ROAS, lead generation, website traffic, and campaign performance.
• Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary marketing and creative team.
• Partner closely with executive leadership, Sales, Product, and Operations to support company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
• 5+ years managing marketing and creative teams.
• Proven experience marketing to U.S.-based companies and audiences.
• Demonstrated success launching SaaS products, software solutions, or new businesses.
• Strong expertise in B2B marketing, branding, digital marketing, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and performance metrics.
• Advanced/Fluent English (C1/C2) is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, healthcare, professional services, or startup environments.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WordPress, Webflow, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and marketing automation platforms.
• Google Analytics or Google Ads certifications are a plus.
