MTP, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Senior Video Project Manager to join our dynamic team for our client, a global technology brand!
Role Summary:
We have a world-class tech and media team and as a Senior Video Project Manager you will play a crucial role in streamlining our video production processes and ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality video content. You will work closely with production teams, editors, and project managers to optimize workflows, manage assets, and coordinate with external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Manage and track multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with various teams, including creative, production, and post-production, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Strong communication and people skills: Clear communicator with a proven history of collaborative partnerships with agencies, creative partners, talent, and a passion for people.
- Ability to establish and manage timelines effectively and proven excellence in driving initiatives from strategy to execution.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including freelancers, production houses, and post-production studios.
- Negotiate contracts, track expenses, and ensure timely payments.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct quality control checks on video assets to ensure adherence to brand standards and technical specifications.
- Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the production process.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with digital asset management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for video production.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
What you Contribute:
- 5+ years of experience in video production, including experience in studio and field production.
- Expertise in the Asana platform
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
- Experience creating content from various sources to optimize unique social strategies to drive engagement, audience acquisition and a shared voice
