  • Design and maintain a library of responsive, on-brand HTML email templates in Mailchimp and other platforms; ensure all templates render correctly across major clients (Outlook, Gmail, mobile).
  • Partner with the Industry Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to translate campaign briefs into production-ready email assets that align with business objectives and brand standards.
  • Build and manage automated email workflows, drip sequences, and triggered communications for dealer development, eCommerce onboarding, and promotional programs.
  • Monitor deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics; apply A/B testing and ongoing optimization to improve performance across key segments.
  • Maintain Mailchimp list hygiene including deduplication, suppression management, and audience segmentation to maximize deliverability and compliance.
  • Produce web banner graphics, promotional assets, and digital creative for use across mSupply’s distributor websites, eCommerce platforms (Unilog/Shopify), landing pages, and internal communications.
  • Design and execute seasonal promotions, supplier co-op campaigns, and product launch creative that adheres to brand guidelines and meets stakeholder requirements on timeline.
  • Collaborate with the Digital & Web team to ensure banner assets are properly sized, optimized, and implemented across all digital touchpoints.
  • Support the creation of social media graphics, digital ad creative, and presentation visuals as capacity allows.
  • Maintain organized asset libraries in Brandfolder; tag, version, and archive creative assets for team-wide accessibility.
  • Apply mSupply’s brand guidelines consistently across all email and digital design outputs, ensuring visual cohesion across business unit campaigns.
  • Serve as an active contributor to the Creative Studio, participating in cross-functional reviews, providing design feedback, and supporting the evolution of brand standards as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve template efficiency, creative consistency, and production speed through standardized design systems and reusable components.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects through Wrike, communicating clearly on timelines, asset delivery, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Participate in campaign planning sessions, creative briefs, and weekly marketing team standups.
  • Partner with agency and vendor contacts as needed to supplement creative production capacity.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing design and production, with a portfolio demonstrating responsive HTML email builds and digital design work.
  • Proficiency in Mailchimp or a comparable ESP (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud); experience with template customization and automation workflows.
  • Solid HTML/CSS skills specific to email development, including an understanding of email client rendering constraints and cross-client compatibility.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma for digital asset creation.
  • Working knowledge of UI/UX principles as applied to email design and digital content, including hierarchy, accessibility, and mobile-first layout.
  • Experience with digital asset management platforms (e.g., Brandfolder, Bynder, or equivalent).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
