Position Overview:
The Marketing Operations Manager at MSE Supplies plays a pivotal role in driving marketing efficiency, brand consistency and cross-functional alignment. This position leads the implementation and optimization of core marketing strategies, manages end-to-end campaign performance analysis and ensures that all marketing activities align with strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will serve as a owner of the MSE brand, overseeing the development and governance of content and messaging across channels and customer touchpoints. Additionally, this role supports the sales team with a robust suite of enablement tools and assets, manages the company’s presence at industry trade shows, and collaborates closely with digital marketing teams to execute cohesive, high-impact initiatives. Through data-driven insights and a strong focus on operational excellence, the Marketing Operations Manager helps deliver a premium and consistent customer experience across all marketing and sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
· Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of key marketing systems, including CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software.
· Champion brand integrity by overseeing all content, messaging, and point-of-purchase materials to ensure consistent alignment with MSE Supplies’ brand guidelines.
· Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of sales enablement assets—such as catalogs, sell sheets, pitch decks, and promotional items—to support the sales team effectively.
· Lead the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of the company’s presence at trade shows across diverse industries to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
· Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to ensure seamless alignment and support for cross-channel campaigns and initiatives.
· Continuously track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics across the CRM to enhance program effectiveness, boost conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
· Contribute to brand, content, and communication strategies to deliver a cohesive and high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related field (preferably with a B2B, distributor or laboratory supplier in a scientific, material science or life science industries scientific environment).
· Strong proficiency with marketing systems such as CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
· Proven experience in brand management and ensuring consistency across all content, messaging, and customer touchpoints.
· Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a library of sales enablement content including pitch decks, catalogs, sell sheets, and promotional materials.
· Experience in planning, executing, and managing trade shows or similar live marketing events across multiple industries.
· Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and a track record of successfully aligning digital initiatives with broader marketing strategies.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and report on CRM and marketing KPIs to inform decisions and improve campaign performance.
· Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially when working cross-functionally with sales, digital, and leadership teams.
· A proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset focused on delivering a premium customer experience.
