CMZ (ConnectMazjid) is a growing digital platform dedicated to empowering muslim communities with modern tools for events, announcements, donations, services, and more. We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and help us scale CMZ’s presence globally.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on digital marketing professional with strong leadership skills who can:
- Lead and manage a small marketing team.
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
- Manage social media accounts with creative, engaging content.
- Oversee blog strategy, including content planning, writing/editing, and publishing.
- Monitor analytics and performance to optimize campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for CMZ.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the marketing team.
- Drive influencer outreach and partnerships for brand growth.
- Lead SEO and content marketing initiatives.
- Oversee and grow social media engagement across multiple platforms.
- Track KPIs and prepare reports to measure impact and growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing.
- Proven track record in SEO, social media management, and influencer collaborations.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Experience with blogs, content marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Creativity, problem-solving, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in community-focused or nonprofit digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Islamic community initiatives or global nonprofit projects.
